We gotta get outta this place..if its the last thing we ever do

Sooo, where to start? We were given notice to vacate by Nov 19th. We filed a claim with Tenancy Tribunal and our case was heard on Tuesday this week. We Won!
But..its a hollow victory as the amount of compensation awarded doesn’t even cover the cost to get the haulage company out here to move our home. Also the notice to vacate was upheld as valid and the adjudicator gave us 5 days to clear out, she didn’t care that we have nowhere to go to or that she has effectively made us homeless. That’s justice for ya!
In the meantime the owner has taken steps to install a power box in his bottom paddock and intimated we could move done there and we can work something out, sounds great huh? But then he added the blackmail element of demanding we pay half the installation cost which comes to around $2700, plus he wants to increase the rent by $50 per week for less space, more restrictions, and a whole lot of attitude. Hmm, how should we respond? F%&k you sounds good.
In the meantime some very humbling experiences have made us realise just how strong a bond we have with our friends and family. Sister has offered to bail us out with some emergency cash if in rescue mode, our buddy Kent in Canada has set up a Help page on our Worldfreemansociety.org home page and already total strangers have donated funds to help us move and keep the WFS site going. Our lawyer has been amazing and offered us her land but it has no power or water and with such crap compensation we can’t afford to get 'off the grid'.
Now a neighbour has come to our aid and offered us asylum on his land, and we may be able to come to an arrangement long-term which is hugely encouraging but still unbelievably stressful and our anxiety levels are at an all time high with deadline approaching.
So onwards we go in search of a solution by 8pm Sunday. Someday we'll write this all down and share the lot but for now, we gotta focus on getting out of here and find somewhere to go.
Love to all who have been our towers of support, we couldn't have gotten through this without you.
